These candied jalapenos could be used for many purposes, but they are delicious in a Fireside Mule!

Ingredients

  • 10-12 Jalapeno peppers

  • 1.5 c water

  • 1 c sugar

  • 0.5 c white vinegar

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Remove stems and tops, then slice jalapenos
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a pot on the stove
  • Add sliced jalapenos and bring to a boil
  • Let cool to room temperature
  • Pour into a jar or container and refrigerate

Notes

  • You’ll want to make these at least a day in advance
