Candied Jalapenos

servingsThese candied jalapenos could be used for many purposes, but they are delicious in a Fireside Mule!
Ingredients
10-12 Jalapeno peppers
1.5 c water
1 c sugar
0.5 c white vinegar
1 tsp salt
Directions
- Remove stems and tops, then slice jalapenos
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a pot on the stove
- Add sliced jalapenos and bring to a boil
- Let cool to room temperature
- Pour into a jar or container and refrigerate
Notes
- You’ll want to make these at least a day in advance
